Was quick and easy to get my number called. Found out we need an appointment now to get ss card changed after getting married. Hope this helps for future newlyweds. The security officer was very pleasant and we had some fun conversation with him. His help and instructions were very clear and helped our visit go by easily.

I went out after following the website for documents to get a name change done. All I got was impatience and you've guys get an appointment at another location next week. Didn't ask me, made the appointment and slapped in into a paper and dismissed me. Stillwater, do better. I had everything you needed certified in my hand and you blew me off with 1 other customer waiting in the waiting area.
