I paid three visit to this place, the place was fresh, neat, and clean. The service was always great and consistent. Starting with the security guard Kenya Brown who was friendly, kind, respectful and greet all of us and helped us with getting checked in and getting a number.He paid attention to details, and noticed that one of the ladies left her purse on the chair at one of the windows, he made sure, it was back to its owner. I went out after following the website for documents to get a name change done. All I got was impatience and you've guys get an appointment at another location next week. Didn't ask me, made the appointment and slapped in into a paper and dismissed me. Stillwater, do better. I had everything you needed certified in my hand and you blew me off with 1 other customer waiting in the waiting area.
It was ok until the security officer (officer Brown)was asking me personal questions and yelled at me to leave when I attempted to look at his name badge he put his hand in my face this officer does not need to be working with the public I felt threatened and intimidated.
