I called today due to my address was change in the system not sure why. Was hung up on twice finally gotten someone by the name of Christine who states she located at the location who attitude was the worst. Not sure why but after being on the phone and hour to update my mailing address that you all have changed you tell me that I have to set an appointment and they no longer accepts walk in. Wait until Feb to update mailing address is that something new?

5 stars for these visits: I paid three visit to this place, the place was fresh, neat, and clean. The service was always great and consistent. Starting with the security guard Kenya who was friendly, kind, respectful and greet all of us and helped us with getting checked in and getting a number.He paid attention to details, and noticed that one of the ladies left her purse on the chair at one of the windows, he made sure, it was back to its owner.
