Called on behalf of my father about my mother's disability benefits as a judge ruled my father would receive her owed benefits after she died. I was on hold waiting for someone to answer the damned phone for 2 hours and still was given the run around
Every year I screwed over!! They take me money.. and I can’t even walk in or even talk to anyone to get an appointment or help!
The young lady that helped me was very kind and solved my problem. I felt the Security Guard was very Rude and unprofessional to the two elderly women in front of me very disappointed in him.
