Horrible experience. I’ve called over 4 times in the last month and have yet to receive a phone call back. I called to update my direct deposit information the man was very rude. He didn’t even repeat back the number. Hopefully they pull the call. My second issue is that I was told to contact ext 33109 and I did several times and after waiting 3 business days still no phone call back. I called again and waited still no phone call back.. Really just terrible honestly. I call to get information about my daughter and I'm not sure whoever the new guy is they hired but he's very rude and says things like "I have other phone calls to answer, were backed up and busy" when I'm asking case specific questions, not arguing about anything. It's not our fault you guys can't get it together. Please start treating people with respect. Thanks.
Yes, this is a good SS office. I have found them to be far better than other SS offices.They are helpful, friendly and will help you with SS concerns.
