While trying to park some guy nearly hit me trying to drive across the whole space, then he talked the entire time I was waiting and was in general too loud. The guard was friendly and helpful, pointed out where I check in and what code to scan. But the speaker either needs replaced or something, sometimes it was hard to understand what was being said.
