The customer service here is dreadful...I have an identity theft issue and have a loan taken out in my name I didn't authorize...ive been calling every day trying to get someone and no call back...absolutely repulsive
Awful, Awful just Awful!!! They mislabled our loan, cannot access our portal, been lied to by 100s of SBA contractors, transferring us for over 2 years with no help. No call backs, no emails. We contacted the white house and the congressmen, Governor and as many ppl as we can. The news is next. I'm starting to believe that the SBA does NOT help anyone. They are a poorly run organization. They DONT care about the small business at all!!! UPDATE: They sent us a random email telling us our payment plan ended on December 2 2023 ... read more
