Because of Covid they have brought in a huge staff that is not properly trained and does not provide the information needed to complete any task. You cannot reach anyone at any local locations and they will not provide you locations or numbers over the phone. You cannot talk to managers only leave messages which they never return. They tell you you need to talk to Tier 2, but they are not allowed to transfer you to them.
