I would give the SBA Zero Stars if I could. Everyone needs to beware of the SBA. This government organization is like a vulture seeking those in crisis to loan money to so that they can charge you interest. This is not for kindness but to indebt you to the government. She was patience and very resourceful. She needs a tremendous pay raise because the work she does over the phone was impeccable. I had an incredible experience at the Small Business Administration office of Atlanta, GA. Thanks to Ms. Carol T the Area Director. Thanks SBA for denying my disaster application for the devastating Helene damage in Western North Carolina. I lost work, family member, all bridges to my residence, my road is washed, water damage in my floor and roof. I have documented damage, validated my home location with the SBA yet your excuse for denial is that this is not my primary residence, then please tell me where do I primarily reside?.... oh I get it delay and deny!
