I ordered a Black Car service for my daughter’s wedding a a Coach transport for the guests as my daughter’s wedding took place at the DC War Memorial. Communication was excellent, both transports were on time and the drivers, Waseem Thabet and Komes Armradit were amazing. Waseem pulled up right next to our venue for ease of access for guests and he very nicely waited without issue for a few extra minutes at the end of the wedding. The vehicles are desperate and the drivers are very unprofessional, avoid in a wider circle!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with U.S. Sedan Service Worldwide. The vehicles were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable for a professional car service. On top of that, the service is overpriced for the level of quality provided. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and did not meet basic standards. I would not recommend this company.
Very bad experience. Car was smelly and were late.
