I just had the worst possible experience with this company, the manager chad is especially bad. I am regular customer who re-ordered something from previous order. Apparently you have to specify certain attributes like swivel clips in customer comments which are not carried over even if you do reorder. So the reorder truly is only half reorder and you have to do mental math to remember add comments in checkout. The company refuses to take any accountability for their awful web ux so now I have 4 brand new screens that I cant... read more
DO NOT USE...screens ordered do not match size requested...company did nothing to rectify...screens are poorly made...unfortunate as we are largest northeast window cleaning company and put orders into screen makers for 300-400 screens per year...their loss and their competitions gain as i will stick with the other guys as we should have initially...DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
