Michael is amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to get these cabinets assembled and put together correctly. He even came up to my house (which is not close to Temecula at all!) and help me get started and make sure I had everything I needed. Anytime I had a problem, he would return my call or texts to answer my questions and get me working again. The cabinets (all the vanities in my bathrooms) turned out fantastic! Excellent support and quick response
I purchased my order on 10/18/23, with a 5-6 week delivery commitment. My order was received exactly 6wks out, however 3 of the 11 products were damaged in transit due to inadequate protective packaging, and all cabinet door hinges were missing. Hey, things happen, I get it, but it continued to get worse from here. I reached out immediately, detailing everything with photos. They shipped the hinges and began refabricating the 3 damaged products (another 5-6wk ETA). I get the hinges, but they’re one short, so I call again, an... read more
For custom cabinets, USRTA Cabinets is the company to go to. Mike has built cabinets for both my primary home and my vacation home in Santa Monica. Mike is very easy to work with. He came to my home, took all of the necessary measurements, and then created a virtual image of what my home would look with the new cabinets installed for both of my residences.
