Horrible management company , I lived with ROACHES for months at Park on Rosemeade in Dallas. I put in numerous work orders and they could never address the issue properly instead I was told how to do it myself. They didn't even have the keys ready for me because they gave me the wrong apartment when I moved in , so instead they gave me the MASTER key to all the apartments. US Residential really puts its residents first. In my experience living at one of their properties, the office staff was super nice and always took care of my issues quickly. Highly recommend that you give one of their communities a look if possible. AMAZING!
