I've been a recent patient of us renal I don't seem to have any problems the staff is nice they're attentive and caring I don't know why there's a bad review I myself have not experienced this it's clean it's efficient not everyone is perfect anywhere but it's pretty good here they make people laugh they check on them and they do their business with needs to be done and you're clean very clean so I give them five star rating

Rudest call staff ever. I had a missed call from this number so I called them back. Whomever answered. Said "sir this is a business. I don't know who called you." She was extremely rude and you would think that if they're calling patients or whatever, they would make notes of that. I still cannot believe the conversation I had with this lady and how rude she was when I was returning their call.

This facility is at a Zero. They mistreat their patients, and overall do not care about their wellbeing.

I have a very good friend that was transferred to this facility from another location that feels very uncomfortable with the staff and atmosphere. She said that the staff aren’t friendly at all or comforting and seem to be there only for a check. Remember, the patients are in hardship because of their failing health and some are severely depressed so just imagine being in their shoes. Friendless and being compassionate can lift their spirit. What if it was you? 💔😢
