I’ve learned so much about the machine we get put own each session. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about their job. I actually thank them for their help .
Excellent staff excellent everything fun environment
I have no words for the unprofessionalism of this center. The person answering the phone is very rude and not helpful at all. I would NOT recommend this center to an enemy. It's apparent she doesn't like her job and can be detrimental to the success of your center.
The management team need to take a serious assessment of the staff at this location. The front line personnel including the person answering the phone is consistently rude and unhelpful and NOT patient centric at all.
