Most of the staff are very good. They all are very pleasant but they are short on staff to patient ratio. On my first day of dialysis one of the technicians was attempting to cannulate my arm and he went sideways deep twice in my fistula destroying it. I had to have emergency surgery to repair it. Three days in the hospital. They said he was the best. 10 years working there. I think he could use some improvement. Not the best. Not everyone is the same. There are a few staff that are the best. Really Sal is the best.
