Mohammed was manager there when I went there. He stalk me, the had no dietitian or social workers employed there, it mandated by law that the dialysis have them. Reggie the charge nurse at the time. Gave my information out to a driver that no work for transportation company. So she violated my HIPPA rights. I told Reggy the nurse before hand he was not employed with the transportation. The staff members and RNs are kind and professional, they're definitely know what they're doing. Clean and smaller than most so it's a bit more relaxing.
I have been at this dialysis center for 5 years. The staff is excellent and caring. The techs and nurses are professional and attentive. They take care with each person for their comfort and health. The chairs were upgraded last year. They have heat, massage, and USB connections to charge your devices. Each person has individual TVs which they control. The center is kept clean and any issues are addressed quickly. Equipment is cleaned between clients and the end of each day.
Friendly, professional service. Caring staff. Been a patient for over 2 years. I know I'm in great hand here. No doubt about that.
