I wish people with a hiden agendas stop posting. This is an excellent clinic and staff who take care of my love one.
Please Don’t take your family members to this clinic. The staff are so disrespectful and rude. Especially the manager Marilyn. They don’t want family members to stay with their love ones, not even five minutes. The manager will kick you out. They don’t let patients talk to each other. They are not being fair with everyone. This facility needs to take a hard look at the way it treats vulnerable patients. My brother relies on your staff for life-sustaining dialysis, and instead of treating him with patience and dignity, your team destroyed his hoodie — a sentimental gift from our father — because they were in a hurry and didn’t feel like helping him take it off. Efficient m, friendly, safe
As a european patient don't bother to try asking for a travel-dialysis. Had to sent in all medical documents before they even could tell me if they had a free space for the travel-date (you learn: GDPR is a nice thing at home...). Waited days for a reply, and _after_ the actual travel-date they said I didn't sent them the asked documents. Honestly, if I have to pay my dialysis with my creditcard (sic!)
