I really like taking my daughter and she likes the people there and I do too. Greatsevices. And very nice
Dr. Ossai is by far the best kidney specialist in Las Cruces. He will expand your life to the fullest. Best provider ever. Highly recommend and would never use anyone else. For nine years, Dr. Ossai kept my mother alive, with the best care ever. He treated my mom as a second PCP even though he wasn't her PCP. The staff in this office are professional and extremely kind. Even the staff that comes from El Paso are outstanding.
Staff for the most part is nice and professional except for a stand in staff from El Paso by the name of 'Roger'. This staff continues to act rather unprofessional and even made mistake when issuing medication to me that I had to point out before injecting into my IV. The behavior I have witnessed from Roger is very immature and certainly not that of what you would expect from a dialysis tech, least not the ones I have experienced the last 2 years.
