02/06/24 Yesterday I was coming off a machine. And my access point was bleeding uncontrollably, it took my tech "Gianna" 4 times to get it taped up with gauge. Sometimes this happens to me often. And I end up waiting up to 40 minutes to an extra hour before I leave my chair. Which feels inconvenient to me. But safety first so no complaints. Now back to my review. My tech comes back 10-15 mins later and asks me do I think I'm ready? I say, "I think I need a few more minutes" she says, I need your chair, you been on long enoug... read more
Not a good unit to be at. They are very slow & want you to come 15min before your schedule time to wait 30mins-1hr before they even call back to get put on a machine. They’re not even nice to you. They’ll call you to come in at an earlier time but have yet again waiting forever before they call you back to be on the machine. They don’t even want help you get on the transplant list like Davita does. They make you do all the work but will only ask “Are you on the list yet” every time the social worker decides she wants to talk... read more
