After getting a dialysis diagnosis for my mom, it was very difficult. However, when I went to speak with the someone about the process, I felt instantly relieved. Everything was explained in simple terms so I could understand what would take place. Everyone from the front desk to all the wonderful staff in the back were kind and polite.
I don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s to protect others, and this is absolutely one of those cases. This dialysis facility has serious issues — not because of the owner (who I truly believe cares about the patients and community), but because of a few staff members whose behavior is unacceptable and damaging.
