My mother receives dialysis treatments at U.S. Renal Care, and recently there was a very concerning situation during treatment. The lights and machines suddenly shut down, and it appeared that there was no backup plan in place for something like this happening in the middle of dialysis. Staff friendly and attentive, awesome place. Even the fill in or temp staff are very friendly and helpful, I hear complaints about other dialysis clinics and feel blessed to be accepted to USRC. Burleson. Thanks to all the staff for making my bad situation more comfortable.
Staff friendly and attentive
Mother in Law goes here Monday Wednesday and Friday. They never sit her up in her wheelchair. Came home yesterday with a diaper full of diarrhea. I make sure she has clean clothes and diaper. It was awful. I could go on and on about how sad this place is.
