I'm so happy I could transfer my mother to another clinic! This clinic should be shut down due to the incompetence and lack of patient care. There needs to be some training for the staff.
HYATTSVILLE UNIT IS EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED, HEALTH CODE VIOLATION, PATIENT SAFETY ISSUESNOT ADHERED TO BY MANAGEMENT AND CHARGE NURSE MICHELLE...Who by the way does not listen and will hang up and not answer caller ID calls going to VM, walk away, yell at you while discussing YOUR dialysis care/treatment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY!!!! NEGATIVE 1 RATING
These people are so rude. i called the new carrolton location & the hyattsville location. Both of them hung up on me as i was speaking! I wonder how they treat clients. Smh
