My husband was a patient at this facility off Great Southwest in Grand Prairie. He sadly only received one treatment. The reason I am leaving a low score is because on his first visit after being transferred from a therapy facility he was denied a blanket. I was not called to inform me he was cold and needed one. He was there 4 hours freezing cold during his treatment. When I arrived 20 minutes after his treatment while he waited for transport, I gave him an extra coat that I had in my car. I take a love one here. They are nice and efficient.
The place was very clean, patients look welcomed and satisfied. The staff were very patient and informative, and the receptionist was very sweet, compassionate, patient, and educational! I will continue to bring my mother here for treatment!
