My nurses are the BEST... always top notch and keep a smile on their face and make you feel they care about their patients. Melissa and David are the BEST!!!!! I have had a couple of nurses that didn't make me feel the best and it really makes a difference to me in my condition but these two have never failed to make my wife and myself feel as they cared about what I am going through which eases my mind when coming to clinic each time. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!❤️
Whenever there is not enough staff on Saturdays they will turn away patients.
Since it has changed to US Renal it has gone down hill. It used to be about the patients now it’s just about the money they can make. Staff seems unhappy, management does not seem to care about the patients or what’s going on with their concerns. Does not seem to have good communications with staff and doctors. You ask questions and u never seem to get an answer, they say they will get back to you but 90% of the time they don’t. Looking for another center completely away from US Renal Care.
