They're all super nice and thanks to the cleaning service it's always super clean.. They take really good care of my grandma
Their hours are bullshit. They do not open at 2:45. You’ll be lucky if the doors are open at 4 o’clock.
My mom has become a patient and today was her first day. She has had experience from other US Renal care facilities where she has had great care. Except for this location, on her first day she said the level of care was awful to her and all of the other patients. The "nurses" who take care of the machines are rude, uncaring and unapologetic when she called one of them out for mistreating her. She was in her chair from 3pm-7pm.
