I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this facility in Sunnyvale. I noticed that the staff only helps if a nurse ask for help. The communication with patient and the nurse is not good. I noticed that they’re always getting new nurses to come in because the good ones leave I would not refer anybody to this facility.
I'm not aware of dialysis part of the clinic but if you have an actual Doctor's appointment don't expect to be seen soon.
So not organized! Too Many new hires! Times don't match schedules! No communication to the patients! No consideration to the blind & disability!
Horrible customer service, not a welcoming environment for a patient.
