As a first time dialysis patient I don’t have any experience or expectations for outpatient dialysis but, I’m satisfied. All the techs and nurses are very kind and personable. They explain and answer questions. I’ve noticed that they take a special interest in each patient. I love that they have great WiFi. I often bring my laptop and get work done. Overall I am please with the center.
Cross contamination is at an all time high while professionalism is at an all time low.. Some nice ppl but nice is not as necessary as work ethics when dealing with someone's life
