Everyone here is very nice knowledgeable and professional. Ms. Edy is a treasure very personal able lady. Mr. Chauncey is my favorite. All of them are nice. I highly recommend this facility as a first time patient under going dyalisis.

Our mother Mrs. Helen Parker came to spend two weeks with us. While here mom was dialyzed at U. S. Renal Care in Petersburg, Virginia. On August 10, 2022 we arrived and was given a warm greeting by Ms. Edy Young the secretary. Mom was greeted by a warm welcome and a smile from Mr. Chauncey. According to what my sister who is a patient at this facility, she hit the nail on its head. Her husband went with her one day, the team at this facility didn’t like it. I advice anyone who as a patient or have a loved one as a patient should report this facility to the Board of Nursing in RVA and the AMA on the doctors.
Have had two incidents sending my mom to the hospital from this facility. Looking to speak with anyone else that had unpleasant experience with them.
