Terrible place to take forever to see their clients and then if you go in late they get mad at you and they still live in a pro COVID-19 world
My mother recently started here, yolanda the one in charge has respected my mothers wishes, she values and understands each patient has a voice. We need more nurses to advocate for the patients.
Horrible place they treat your family members like dogs,waiting outside in the heat and cold, if your family member gets dropped off by a transport company they stand outside in the heat till they are ready inside witch can take up to 26 minutes (I've timed them) and we all know they are already at a vulnerable state health wise to be standing outside. No compassion for the patients.
