Being there 4 hrs is long enough, but the comfort of chairs with heated seat and massagers makes it much more bearable, large TV and clinic is clean and inviting. The staff super nice , professional, and very attentive to our needs...couldnt ask for a finer clinical staff
My mom goes here three days out of the week and it seems the staff there is very unprofessional about sticking people with needles. Every time my mother comes back her arm is hurting stating they couldn't find a plastic vein. Its very rare when she goes in and gets a good installment to the dialysis machine and that is because she has been attending for more than a year.
