Take my grandmother in law two times a week and each day they call her in we get their expecting them to be ready for her, yet we sit in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes each time while also taking people back before her even though they call and tell us to bring her but when we sit there several people go in before her and we’re still stuck in the waiting room. Not sure if anyone else has had a problem with them but get it together seriously stop wasting these people’s time if you’re not ready for them
This review is for Monica at this location. I've never seen an employee go to such great lengths to be helpful and caring in a dialysis environment. Thank you for being a shining example of what healthcare is supposed to be!
