I'm a patient at this clinic here in Cedar Hill. I'm not happy with them at the moment. I had the dressing changed on my catheter by the nurse and because he was cleaning it very roughly he made it bleed. Before I left I had shown him where it was bleeding. He said it would be OK until Saturday when I come back. Well I don't think so so I'll be changing the dressing tonight myself. I'm trying to find a new clinic.
If you decide to go here please stay on top of your healthcare and make sure your caregiver stay on top of your health care also they are very short staffed and rude the techs are very rude and they will blame you for their mistakes and their lack of knowledge for dialysis.
