Service was below expectations. Finishing work looked rushed and cheap. Communication was poor throughout. I regret choosing them.
Kitchen cabinets were damaged after fitting. Bathroom plumbing started leaking quickly. No proper follow-up from the company. Waste of time and money.
Bath Planet redid our shower in 2020. We were extremely pleased then and continue to be now. They graciously honor the lifetime warranty. Alex came to replace the gasket on the shower door. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. This is an stellar company and I highly recommend them.
The work crew that came out was terrific. They worked diligently and my shower is exactly what I wanted! So happy with the results. I definitely would recommend them.
