These people made my front door installation look like a 3 year old did it. They are horrible with communication. I called multiple times to have someone come out to fix the problems they created. 4 months later, someone final responded but that person focused on one of the many fixtures I complained about. Now, I have to spend another 4 months to get someone out to my house again to fix the rest of the problems. DON'T REMODEL YOUR HOME WITH HOME DEPOT BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE: There is absolutely NO communication from Home Depot. They are filled with empty promises and it's been over 6 months I am still waiting for a window to be replaced that did not pass inspection and a screen for my sliding glass door. I call multiple times a day and either receive a voicemail or the representative has no new update for us. We were obligated to pay for our windows even though HOME DEPOT has not fulfilled their responsibility. I have tried to contact the branch manager, Amber but she does not ans... read more
