Crooks - they scam you. They quite one price to fit your budget and then they change it and hold your items hostage - please don’t believe their planted reviews - run!!!!!
This company is not good. They cancelled a truck two days from the binding contract date for pick-up. DO NOT USE THEM!
Movers arrived on time and packed everything up in a decent amount of time. They did take their time getting to the next location (sat in car for 20 minutes). While unloading, they left several marks on the walls of the stairs and hallways. The biggest issue was when they broke a foot off of a dresser, instead of informing me, they staple gunned it back together. They had no intentions of telling me until I asked about it. Do not ever use US Relocation, I was scammed into paying the movers an additional $300.00 in cash because they said my larger items such as my couch, mattresses were not on their list to be moved. They got me when I was extremely vulnerable, stressed out. They made a call and had the person on speaker who stated if I called Andy Smith, he will charge me an additional $650.00 besides the $650.00 I already paid.
