I personally have never had to work with this office luckily but after hearing how this system is put together no wonder this place has such a bad reputation. There are no assigned probation offices; probably due to trying to save money. So anyone in the program has to just call leave a message with an automated system and trust that the message is received. I unfortunately know of people who have been screwed over due to this system of leaving messages in trust and then being charged with probation violations. I know they a... read more
