failure!!! The phone service was terrible.. i had to argue with a stupid machine for 20 minutes on my cell phone just to try to ask what i should do since its been 2 weeks i havnt gotten my dvd i bought and their tracking says it was shipped. and when i finally got a hold of a talking person they took down all my personal information and then just blew me off like if they say its shipped your screwed over... wth is a person supposed to do when the post office fails to deliver a simple dvd to your house i thought it was a fel... read more
