For a company that says they pride themselves on customer care. This is by far the worst company EVER. They make random appointments without confirmation. The techs come out and spray ,they give you their numbers only to never again answer. Customer service is NOT something US pests practices
Horrible! Save yourself time & money and use someone else. For 5 years I received mosquito lawn service from US Pest/Gallatin (March - October). In 2025, without a call, text or email, THEY decided they would bill for 12 months. Not the March - October I had contracted for. As we all know it was very cold, very rainy, and an inch plus of ice covering the lawn during these months I was billed for. Haven't done business with this company, but their drivers are the most un courteous people. 1/19/26 at 6-635pm we had vehicle 417 behind us on the interstate and refused to turn their high beams off. This creates an unsafe environment for everyone around them so they can see better. 11 years as a class a cdl driver, all I can say, is train your drivers better please. Again, this review has to nothing to do with Their services, only the particular actions of a single driver.
If I could deduct stars I would!! My original contract states they would spray my yard monthly from Marcg through October. This year they have taken it uoon themselves to schedule in November and December, NOT SHOW UP, AND CHARGE ME. I normally pay online so they has my credit card info. THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY OF TAKING MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT DID NOT EXIST AND FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. THIS IS THEFT. Nate has replaced the tech I had for years and I was worried that service was going to suffer because of this change but I’m very pleasantly surprised that the service Nate has provided since he’s been at my house is excellent, he’s very polite and thorough with his work!!!!
