Have had 4 different technicians in less than a year. Last service for quarterly technician was only able to treat inside and stated he would return the following Saturday to treat exterior, which he failed to do. Promptly paid in full for visit when realizing I had over paid. Clearly my error an own up to it. Have called twice asking about a refund vs. having a credit applied to my account. No, I'm not really happy with US Pest because I never know when they are coming, therefore, I can't even prove that they have been here. All I know is, I get a bill from them. I'd like to know when they will be here. I have some issues with flies in the 3rd floor attic. The ONLY way for your rep to reach the 3rd floor is to come in the house and go up the stairs to the third floor. This is especially true (with the flies issue) every Fall! My experience is awful u s pest just pockets money and dont do whats promised. Never return a call. Monthly service covers what?? House infested now worse than ever, are you spraying water?? Techs never have needed supplies, have to get tech to come back,they try and double charge. Now the price has gone up, unbelievable, bugs crawling all over me. Im 64 years old and have to sleep in a tent trying to keep bugs off of me. It has to be unhealthy to have bugs in your eyes, nose, mouth, throat , choking me everyday for almos... read more
