I’ve been using U.S. Pest Protection since I bought my house in 2018, and they have been consistently accommodating and pleasant to work with. Over the years, I’ve had different representatives service my home, and each has been courteous, reliable, and great about communicating when they plan to come out. We had outo yearly inspection in our crawlspace. Austin and Austin did the inspection quickly. When they finished Keith and I had some questions. We found out the inspection doesn't take long. The biggest cost is the insurance we have if something goes wrong- we are covered. Austin very respectively explained what we needed to know. We were very impressed with his explanation.
Updated review. Three weeks ago, I was requested to contact them to discuss this I have left numerous messages and still have not heard back. JK Brister and Heather you overcharged me 480.00 dollars for and encapsulation with the installation put in upside down and upon supposed inspection after work was complete this was never brought to my attention. It is unfortunate that I am canceling services for both my home and business. After many years of good communication and service , my experience over the past 6 months has been abysmal. Scheduling has been a nightmare. Before making my decision to cancel services, I requested management to call me 4 different times (in person with a field inspector, talking to the receptionist on the phone, and email). Service is very reliable and effective. Our technician Nate was extremely professional and polite. He took care in our interior home space. We had an issue with gnats, and he resolved this as well in our drains. He treated all of our exterior perimeter and structures. Job Well Done!
