We have had US Pest as our pest control provider since we built this home! They have done an excellent job. We currently have Tate as our ‘pro’ and i just want to say I wasn’t home at the time he was to arrive and he kindly called me and advised me he would start outdoors until I made it home or would be available to me later if I didn’t make it. I just love the fact he communicated with me and made himself available to me out of convenience! What a way to value me and my time!
Alex has been our pest guy for about a year. He is wonderful. Very punctual, very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Most importantly, we have been able to enjoy the outdoors again. The reduced number of spiders on the exterior of our house is really remarkable. No body….and I mean nobody wants to live in a cobweb ridden house! Thanks, Alex!!!
Tate has been servicing our house now for a little while and has done a great job. Great communication on when he is coming. Shows up when he says he will. Does a great job spraying both inside and out. Very pleasant to deal with and would recommend him to anyone needing a pest guy. Oh, and the dogs love him. 😉
Richard Rogers took care of our yearly termite inspection. He also checked our encapsulation that US Pest installed in 2021. He took time to patiently listen to my concerns, etc. He was knowledgeable, made suggestions, and promised us he would take care of things we discussed. I appreciate him and trust him to take care of our home.
Tate was super friendly and on time. We have been using US PEST for years and have never had any issues. My kids (and myself) really appreciate the house being as but free as possible.
