My visits to US pain and spine, with Dr. Baumgartner have been nothing but pleasant. I’ve had a few procedures at the hospitals that he uses and they are nothing but nice and courteous, friendly, and most importantly, caring. I had been going to GHIPA in Bel Air for over 5 years and they seemed to me like all they cared about was volume. Appointments took hours. At USPS, you are in and out in an acceptable amount of time. I am so happy to have found Dr. Baumgartner at Willowbrook.
This organization doesn't give a damn. I sat for an hour and a half waiting to be seen. I saw a physician assistant, who were usually very nice, at every visit except twice in the year I associated with them. I told them I was in too much pain every appointment. Nothing ever changed. I only saw Baumgartner twice. I need a better quality of life than that.
