Didn't get my prescriptions sent, first red flag. Now the day of my procedure and they didn't even set the appointment in the system. Ridiculous.

I was first seen in Webster office but Dr left and they brought in a new one and he treated people awful so went where PA went , Pearland office but then PA went back to Webster after they let physician go. Now since USPS has changed to nmfm our prescriptions and proceedures were getting all messed up. I see the Dr that is supposedly over PA at memorial but last few months medicines have been called in late and to wrong pharmacies. I have had 8 set of injections but I'm tired of playing hide and seek with prescriptions.

I’ve been taking my elderly mother to the various clinic locations for this company for years, and while generally her treatment by the medical staff has been adequate, the hoops one has to jump through to get through an appointment are absurd. Expect lengthy waits spanning hours past your appointment time, expect difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone, and if you’re like us, also expect that you’ll frequently have to go to other locations as assorted caregivers move around and clinics close.
