The staff is horrible. My doctor is great. Unfortunately all the responses by Comp Cancer Center are generic. Not once did I read, them trying to make it better. They have so many patients until they don’t care. You’re just a number and they’re getting their paychecks no matter what we type in these reviews. They don’t care. They don’t return calls or respond to emails. THEY DONT CARE!
My primary physician noticed a problem with my last blood works. I was referred to you by her to make appointment with a hemotologist asap. Been trying for over week to make an appointment but after 30-40 minutes wait each time I call, I get an operator that keeps saying that someone will be contacting me soon. It's been 3days since I was told that and still nobody called me back. I guess this place doesn't care about patient's health.
My lab order was supposed to be sent and I got all the way to a further CPL location to find out it wasn't sent through from this office. Unacceptable.
If I could give a 0, I would. My mom just called me this morning telling me about her HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Themala (not sure of sp, apologies). However, she told me about how this Dr. Spoke to her yesterday. I am appalled. After 1yr of this doctor NOT knowing how to treat her AML, she tells her she is a nuisance.
