I had a wonderful experience with Josseline Clifton. She was very kind, patient, and professional during my blood draw. Afterward, she personally walked me to the front desk and helped guide me to the hematology waiting area. Her thoughtful assistance made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Maisel & staff was absolutely fabulous. He allotted 30 min for visit. Listened to me and cared.
I went last week for my first iron infusion, I get blood work done once or twice a month and I get weekly infusions across the street for IV fluids and vitamins, so I get stuck quite frequently. I should also mention that I have anxiety about needles as it is but if I have a confident nurse usually it’s fine. The nurses and staff here are really great and have treated my mom well. But the Culinary Care person Kelly will not respond to you for weeks at a time. Scheduled an appointment with her and she never called. Defeats the purpose of caring for the patients in extra ways if there is no follow through. Waste of time.
I donot know what to say, worst place in waiting to get your treatment . You have to wait some time 3 hrs for you to get in for your chemotherapy treatment, the African American person out side the infusion on the third floor is very rude and un professional, he does not know what he is doing, basically very careless. I donot recommend to get your infusion at this facility, you will lose your days, your jobs and all your life by just waiting to get your treatment, so if your treatment for 3 hrs expect that you will stay for ... read more
