I didn't want to make the stars too low because we've had good treatment from the nurses and staff so far. However, today when my sister-in-law and myself came for her treatment we were called to the dark side (without windows) so we asked if we could possibly get the light side (with windows) which didn't seem to be a problem we told to wait a little longer for an available nurse and it wasn't a big deal since our appointment was at 10:30 and we were called at 11:48 so a few more minutes doesn't hurt. Then Darlene comes dow... read more

This is the worst place to receive cancer and/or blood disorder treatment. Waiting room is always packed. You spend 1-2 in the waiting rooms, (yes rooms they have 2!,) for them just to get blood work/labs. Then to turn around and be sent across the street to wait yet again for orders to be sent in to them if you need an infusion. Every time my family member has an appointment here no less than 6hrs is always spent. A person can not have cancer and a job being seen here. The staff needs to be retrained. Appointment times mean... read more

I donot know what to say, worst place in waiting to get your treatment . You have to wait some time 3 hrs for you to get in for your chemotherapy treatment, the African American person out side the infusion on the third floor is very rude and un professional, he does not know what he is doing, basically very careless. I donot recommend to get your infusion at this facility, you will lose your days, your jobs and all your life by just waiting to get your treatment, so if your treatment for 3 hrs expect that you will stay for ... read more

Kally is horrible with the follow up on scheduling. I just told my doctor to refer me to someone else that's not Texas Oncology. The reviews are horrible for this location and it's mostly coming from scheduling issues.

Yeah I am a cancer patient. Who requested the doc from very first visit that every alternate visit will be televisit and she agreed. Only for me to be yelled at by the scheduler. I literally had the worst scheduling experience ever, that also being a cancer patient, I can tell it was rude, inconsiderate and almost cruel. The scheduler called when I called to leave messages to schedule my next televisit appointment. The scheduler gave me a date for Feb and my six months would be in March. I mentioned it to her and she started... read more
