Starting off with one star , I walked in and because I’ve never had cancer until now, I’ve never been here , I was told next time I need you to stand behind the red sign , well I said ok because receptionist was lil rude , so I walked back and around the sign , and I told her this is not a good start to this . Stars will have to be earned
This hospital’s doctors are top-notch, but their scheduling system? Oh boy, it’s like trying to book a rocket to Mars with a carrier pigeon. The parking took me a while to figure out. I had to ask vallet. You can't tell there's an entrance once you get around the back. You do have to pay, which is annoying. But once you go up the elevators, everything is right there. Super simple. Everyone was very nice and they are extremely efficient! My new Oncologist Dr. Sawyer was an absolute angel!
