I have been going to US Nails since it first opened - I love the nail techs, and they are friendly and very helpful. I always leave feeling great about my experience! Michelle was my tech for about 4 years and she left and now HOLLY handles my services, she is wonderful, funny and listens to what my style is and ask's me questions when she believes I want a nail done differently. Went in to get a nail fixed and a color change with a design (red tips with black lines under & design on ring finger). I paid before she started painting. She fed the red, then design but forgot the black line & when I mentioned it she got very angry, and started getting loud. I understand she may have not charged me and I would have been ok with paying more if that was the case. Then when I asked for a manager, no one wanted to let me know when one was going to be in.
