The worst! I had 9 very healthy long nails when I came into the shop. I asked for a french manicure with a repair to my one torn nail. Before I knew what was happening, the guy cut all my beautiful natural long fingernails down to nubs!! Apparently his intent was to match my 9 good nails to look like the torn short one. I told him to stop right then, but of course it was too late. And then he charged me $35 to make my once nice nails look like I chew them or something.
