went to go get my eyebrows done and they took off basically my whole eyebrow. i had spent maybe a month trying to grow them out thicker and he took off literally all of my eyebrow hair that it looks like i have two drawn on lines. he didn’t even follow the arch in my eyebrow. will never ever be going back to this place again for any type of service.
I got a dip set by Kathy and within 3 days multiple nails were cracking and starting to lift. This isn’t my usual place I go. I called and they said they would do them again. Once I got there, I did not want them to service my nails again. I told them they can take them off and just refund me but they insisted to do them again.
