I had a French pedicure on Monday, and the technician removed my cuticles so aggressively that they were bleeding and very sore afterward. I did everything I could to prevent an infection, applying alcohol and antibiotic ointment every four hours, but my toes have gotten worse and are now throbbing. I now have to take oral antibiotics for the infection. Very disappointing and concerning experience.

I had a terrible experience here and unfortunately would not recommend this salon. The owner’s brother did my nails and built the acrylic directly onto my nails without using tips or forms. When I left, they were extremely thick underneath. Within only 3 days, one nail had broken and multiple others were already cracking. I went back to have them fixed, but he wanted to keep the original base, file them down, and put more acrylic over them.
