I asked my Mom where she wants to go for her mani pedi, "the local place or the one with the nice husband and wife?" She chose Jen and Steve. We've been here 4 times over that past few months. They treat my Mom like a queen. She's a bit immobile - they take their time moving her around and making sure she's comfortable. I know we'll be back for the 5 star service we always get here. Good people. Incredible long lasting product. Fair prices. Great experience.

Hello . I have known Jen & Steve for over 10 years . I go monthly for Manicure & Pedicure and waxing. They do a fabulous job !!! I don’t often wait but if they are busy, they make sure to greet you & get you started . The salon is very clean !! That is a plus in my book!! They are wonderful . I would recommend this salon to anyone !! I am always pleased & relaxed when I leave!!

i agree with many of the other reviewers. The woman is pricey and tries to rudely push extra services …. and handles you harshly when you decline.

Every time I go for a fill I'm charged the price of a full set or close to it! I DON'T GET A NEW SET, EVER! She only fills in and makes up random prices each time $70, $75, $80! What nerve! Regardless of how often I go, she says it's because they've grown out, but in 25 years of getting my nails done I've NEVER had this happen. She doesnt do a good job of smoothing out the tops either. I always have an uneven surface. There's never a wait or multiple customers there and I'm sure it's because she does a terrible job, over cha... read more
