They need to STOP DOING NAILS and MAYBE do feet only. Went in for a simple over lay and they packed super thick layers of acrylic on my nails and wanted to file it down with the drill to fix it. Instead of listening from the start when I informed her it was too much acrylic. Then they get mad when you tell them you dont like it. Im not paying for what I dont like. Simple. If you scrolled and read the reviews, they are right...The people in there aren't very friendly and charge extra for everything. I've been there twice, once with my little sister and then for my own wedding nails. Both times we asked for Lisa, and although she is very nice and is still attentive to things you want fixed, it isn't worth it to have to go through everyone else who's rude and looks you up and down the whole appointment. I’ve been going for years with my daughter. Every time I’ve had an excellent experience. The ladies se nice and respectful. I always get a medium long coffin shape and it’s always executed perfectly. The price is average to what I would pay at other places. Recently they’ve been using new products that make the nails easy to pop off so the long time relationship may be coming to an end
I am not happy about the service I received at this establishment. I am visiting Matteson this weekend, so this is my first time at US Nails. I asked for a manicure. I had gel polish on my natural nails. The nail tech proceeded to use the electric apparatus to file the polish off. I asked him if he could soak the polish off at least 3 times.
