Went to get a pedicure and I was told they didn’t have time for me, and there was one customer there. I will never go back.
I asked if Kevin could remove my hang nail, I pointed where it was and he got frustrated and yelled at me to go somewhere else, I told him there's no need to be rude and unprofessional, it's fine if he couldn't do my pedi but I was still doing my fill in for my hands he refused to do any of it and was rambling some weird crap I didn't understand. Place looks run down.
The owners always do their best to have availability for customers. I usually get pedicures that tend to last long enough that my toenails need another trim before the polish wears off. They’re as talkative as you want, but tend to be quiet which helps make the visit a relaxing experience.
