Came here with my daughter. She got a basic pedi and I got the next step up. We were there for a total of 20 min start to finish. Extremely rough, rushed and rude. My daughters nail color was wrong and the lady argued about it when we showed her twice. There was zero effort put in any steps of the service. So rude that we walked out halfway through our appointment.
I’ve been going to US Nails for about 10yrs and today was my last time. I got the guy in the front row, chair 2 and like everyone else, he’s just awful. The times I’ve had him before he couldn’t do almond shape, he’s started some bizarre and borderline inappropriate conversations, and the polish is all over the place. Today he cut me three times and had to redo some of my nails because he messed something up. But I can’t get away from him. Every time I go in, I end up with him. So I’m done. Amazing service with really awesome / kind staff. I got a dip manicure and pedicure - both were perfect. Will definitely be back!
