I had a TERRIBLE experience with the Nail Tech at US NAILS on my first visit in my new town in Henderson Tx. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced in the 30 years of wearing acrylic nails. I just moved here from Houston. I first asked the Nail Tech - PETER what product he was going to use on me for the Acrylic and he very rudely YELLED at me stating “I DON’T KNOW”! My family has been coming here for years. Since I live out of town, I went yesterday for my first time. I must say , I was impressed with the service and personable experience for my grandfather and me. Kristine did an amazing job with the care for my natural nails , shape, and color of my dip manicure. I will definitely be back!

At first, I would have rated my experience 4.5 stars. The wait was long, but it was also a Saturday afternoon, so I understood. However, by Monday one nail had already cracked in half and needed repair. The repair itself was quick. Fast forward a week, and one nail completely broke in half and another cracked — it hasn’t even been two weeks. This time, they had me waiting an hour for the repair. I would have come back at a different time, but my two nails had already been clipped off.
