I love this salon and have been coming here for 10 years or longer. Everybody is very nice and generally the finished service is perfect and I can go sometimes 3 weeks if needed. But this is the second time this has happened! The last 2 fill ins I have had my nails chip like this! There is no fill in powder on the tips of my nails, just gel polish! My granddaughter and I went there for the first time to get a manicure. I just got my natural nails shaped and a clear coat. My granddaughter, who has no nails, got a natural gel color. Afterwards, my granddaughter said the young lady who did her nails was very rough and hurt her fingers. Her polish had thin spots in it and it was on her fingers in several places. They charged us $63 and she took it off as soon as she got home because it looked so bad.
If I could give it a zero star I would. I have gone here several times before and had a pretty good relationship with the owner. Some new kid did my nails and did awful. I called the owner to inform her that I was totally not please after spending $125.00 (yrs I was overcharged). She was unwilling to make the error right or even hear me out. Everytime I go, I end up with the slowest person.1 hour and 15 mins and still not finished with pedicure. Last time it took so long. I did not have time to get a manicure.
